Payment Options

Our Financial Policy

Wallingford Station Family Dental is committed to building a successful relationship with you and your family. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to that relationship. Please understand that payment for our service is part of that relationship and unless otherwise arranged payment is expected at the time of service. It is your responsibility to notify our office of any patient information changes (address, insurance company, name, etc.)

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards. In addition if you choose to pay with cash or a check we offer a 5% discount.

   

Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Wallingford Station Family Dental does not participate with any insurance; however, as a service to our patients we will submit and follow up on insurance claims. At your request we will go over any benefits available if you dental insurance company will co-operate with non-participating providers.
